JIM BOURAZAK

Mr. Bourazak is CEO of ELM Locating & Utility Services and has been since July of
2003 when ELM acquired One Call Locators, Ltd. from Northwestern Energy. He has
also been the acting President from July 2004 until his appointment of Matt Quinn as
President of ELM Locating in February of 2005.
He has extensive management experience with over 15 years in executive level management ranging
from a 900 person environmental consulting firm to a deregulated retail and wholesale energy
company that was a subsidiary of CILCORP. He also is the COO/CFO of ELM Enterprises and has
held previous positions through his career as Director of Human Resources, Vice
President of Human Resources, and President Environmental Staffing Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Bourazak holds an AA in Business Administration and a BA in Business
Management from the University of Illinois.
MATT QUINN

Matt began his career with ELM Locating & Utility Services in March, 2000. He
has over 10 years experience in the utility industry and worked as a Senior
Engineer in the Great Falls Division and General Office Division Services
Department of the Montana Power Company.
Matt is a graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering and the University of Montana with a Masters of
Business Administration. He registered as a Professional Engineer in Montana.
A veteran of two wars, Matt served as a U.S. Army company commander in
Desert Storm and a battalion commander in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
MARLYS GILLEN

Marlys has been employed by ELM Locating & Utility Services since September,
1996. She earned a degree in Business Administration from Moorhead State
University and completed coursework in Accounting at the University of Alaska.
Marlys obtained her CPA license in 1995 and is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the local and state chapters of
the Montana Society of CPA's.
Marlys began her career as a registered assistant in the securities industry with
D.A. Davidson & Company. She then worked for Deloitte & Touche in
Anchorage, Alaska for seven years. During her tenure there, she worked in the
audit and tax departments.
In addition to her professional affiliations, Marlys is a member of the Humane
Society.
JOSH HINRICHS

Josh has been employed by ELM Locating & Utility Services since September,
2001. He earned a B.S, Business Administration, Accounting from the University
of Montana. Following graduation, Josh was employed by Three Rivers
Telephone Cooperative in Fairfield Montana as a Staff Accountant. He then
moved to Missoula and worked for Montana Rail Link and Washington
Corporation as Manager of Inventory Accounting and Business Analyst,
respectively.
Josh volunteers his time to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the BPOE (Elks), and the
Frenchtown Broncs Community Booster Association.
TROY HOLZWORTH

As one of ELM's veteran employees, Troy began his employment with the
company in February, 1992 as a City Manager in Kalispell, Montana. From early
1993 to 1996, he served as City Manager in Bozeman, Montana. The growth of
the company in 1997 warranted a Montana State Manager and Troy was
appointed to that position. In 2001, he was promoted to Northern Region
General Manager and now serves as the Vice President, Mountain Region. He
holds an MBA Essentials Certificate from the University of Montana.
Troy donates his time and resources to the Missoula Poverello Center and Big
Sky Bassers.
ROD ELMS

Rod began his career with ELM Locating & Utility Services in May 2000 as a key
player in promoting the company's national sales and growth. In March 2001, he
was assigned the responsibilities of the Mesa, Arizona operation. Over the next
two years, he assumed responsibility for Casa Grande and Flagstaff. Until
recently, Rod was also the Iowa State Manager. Through company growth and
reorganization, Rod now serves as the Vice President of Southwest Operations.
Before working for ELM, Rod located for several contracting companies in the
Phoenix market and in 1993 was hired as Branch Manager for Underground
Technology, Inc. He was eventually promoted to the position of National Sales
Manager and contributed significantly to the growth of UTI.
Rod is a member of Common Ground Best Practices Locating as well as Arizona
Blue Stake Operations Committee.
Rod volunteers his time for his daughter's various sports teams and other school
functions.
JESSIE SPIRES

Jessie joined the ELM Locating & Utility Services' senior management team in July 2006 with sixteen years of experience in the underground locating industry. His experiences include Locating Management, contract negotiations, damage investigations, and Quality Control Audits.
Before working for ELM, Jessie worked for several contract locating companies in Florida, Kansas, Missouri, and Virginia. He began his career as a Field Technician, going through the Supervisor level and into the District Manager position in several states. Jessie is active with the Sunshine State One-Call of Florida board and has served on several committees.
Prior to beginning his career in the underground locating industry Jessie served six years in the U.S. Navy.
JIM ARDIS

Jim joined ELM in November 2006 with over 25 years experience in business, first as a small business owner, and most recently spending the past 8 years in sales for companies as diverse as national food distribution and global chemical distribution. His background bring strong sales, customer service, marketing and public relations skills to ELM.
Jim is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology. He is very active in his hometown of Peoria and currently leads the Peoria City Council as its Mayor. Now in his first term as Mayor, Jim was previously elected twice as an at-large representative on the Council. Jim is also very active in efforts to support St. Jude Children’s Hospital, including currently serving as co-chair of the annual Memphis to Peoria Run and participated in the run for the past 11 years.
